Our Story
I’m Terence Vrugtman, founder of Sheet16. I care about building systems that make work lighter. I’m not a career coder, I build tools that teams actually use.
Back in 2020, I needed to keep a clients business running through COVID. I built a small screening app that turned into a full workflow, indemnities, event ops, reporting - that just worked.
That became our model: standardise the process, automate it, and give people their time back.
About
Sheet16 started as a single settings tab in a Google Sheet called “Sheet16.” It stuck, and so did the principle: keep it simple, make it work, move on. Today, that idea powers everything we build.
We design Time Back Systems, automation flows, internal apps, and small AI agents that remove operational drag.
